• Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their business requirements, challenges, and security concerns.
• Identify and analyse their cyber security needs to provide tailored solutions.Provide SME consulting to client executives and leaders.
• Solution Design and Development: Develop comprehensive, innovative, and effective cyber security solutions to address customer requirements. Design secure systems, architectures, and frameworks that meet industry standards and best practices.
• Develop security-specific enterprise reference artifacts (e.g., playbook, patterns, blueprints, roadmaps, etc.). Provide technical engineering expertise to support architectural designs for new software solutions and threat identification to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of technical experts, including security engineers and architects, and guide them through solution development and deployment. Provide technical mentorship, inspire creativity, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cyber security solutions, ensuring projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline. Effectively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest cyber security technologies, trends, and industry practices. Continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise to guide the team in adopting cutting-edge solutions and methodologies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align cyber security solutions with business strategies. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and implementation guidelines. Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber security domain. Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex cyber security projects is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in designing and implementing secure systems and architectures. Proficiency in network security, application security, cloud security, identity and access management, encryption techniques, and security frameworks.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Ability to provide technical guidance, resolve conflicts, and drive the team towards successful project delivery.
• Strategic Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex cyber security challenges. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations (such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) is a plus.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a cooperative and flexible approach to achieve collective goals.
